⭐ What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping our daily operations efficient, accurate, and customer-focused. Your responsibilities include:
- 👥 Assigning, directing, and supporting the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time
- 📦 Overseeing picking, packing, scanning, inbound, and outbound operations
- 🔍 Researching and resolving inventory issues throughout the shift
- 🚚 Ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are complete, accurate, and damage-free
- 📘 Training and developing associates in alignment with company standards
- 🕒 Reviewing and confirming employee time records and attendance
- 📢 Coordinating with inbound carriers and communicating updates
- 🛡 Maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment and ensuring compliance
- 📝 Reporting operational issues to the Warehouse Manager and recommending solutions
- 👨👩👧👦 Leading a team of 4–6 warehouse associates

Sunday – Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM - 4/10's
Wednesday - Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM - 4/10's

Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of proven Warehouse Lead experience
- Experience operating a cherry picker, reach, and/or turret truck
- Strong knowledge of inventory software and warehouse systems
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulations
- Excellent organization and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy items

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
