What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader for your shift, making sure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates.
- Assign work, monitor productivity, and celebrate wins while coaching for success.
- Keep shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory operations running like a well-oiled machine.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and solve problems before they become bigger issues.
- Ensure every inbound and outbound shipment is accurate, complete, and customer-ready.
- Coordinate inbound container deliveries with carriers and keep freight flowing.
- Train new team members and help develop future warehouse leaders.
- Promote a culture where safety, teamwork, and accountability come first.
- Operate a stand-up forklift when needed and lead by example on the warehouse floor.
- Partner closely with the Warehouse Manager to improve processes, increase productivity, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Jump in wherever needed—because great leaders aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
You're someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience.
- Knows how to motivate a team and create a positive work environment.
- Understands warehouse operations, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
- Is organized, dependable, and keeps cool under pressure.
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working with people.
- Takes ownership, solves problems, and doesn't wait to be asked.
- Is comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Can safely operate a stand-up forklift.
- Speaks Spanish? That's a bonus—but not required!
Schedule:
🗓 Friday - Tuesday - After you have completed training
🕖 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
✔ Four 10-hour shifts
✔ Overtime available when business demands it

Compensation: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
